1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the GoReflexa web application, services, or gamified habit verification systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GoReflexa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Habit Proofs & Content Guidelines
GoReflexa allows users to upload photo, note, or video proof submissions to verify habits. You agree not to upload any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material. GoReflexa moderators reserve the right to review and reject proof submissions that violate community guidelines.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
When subscription billing is active, plans renew on a recurring cycle unless cancelled. You may access features per your selected tier. GoReflexa reserves the right to modify subscription features and terms with prior notification.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoReflexa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall GoReflexa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
